Commission Structure
This function elaborates on the commission offered by the Insurance Company against each Type of Policy based on Age and Number of Years. It also defines the Incentive Payable corresponding to each Type of Policy in conjunction to the Incentives offered by the business plan. This form defines the commission structure against the first premium along with successive renewals.
List of Packages
This provision enables definition of Packages offered by the company viz. Name of Package, Package Code, Category whether Front End or Back End, Type and the Table to be used.
3. Associate Commissions
This module generates Associate Commissions considering Customized Business Plan of a company, Application processed and corresponding commissions received. It automatically accounts for Tax Deduction at Source (T.D.S), Development Charges, Postage and Handling Charges etc to generate Payout Lists. It automatically generates and prints Associate Commission Cheques.
Commission Voucher
This feature defines the commissions received by the company towards various policies submitted by its associates and accepted by various Insurance companies.
Application Acceptance
The applications, which are accepted by the Insurance companies, are only considered while processing payouts. This feature helps in reconciliation of Insurance Policies towards which commissions have been received in a payout cycle with corresponding applications received by the company. Payout is released only for the applications which are accepted by the insurance companies and thereof commissions been released.
Payout Master
This feature defines the Payout Cycle (Period of Payout), Title of Payout, Minimum Incentive amount, Minimum amount to be paid, Credit date, Processing Charges, %age Viability Cut (if any)
Specific Features
· Rate of T.D.S, Processing Charges, and Development Charges etc may vary as per the laid norms of Federal/Union Government (TDS) or the policies of the company (Processing Charges etc). The Payout Master Form of this module allows customization of the Payout Cycle (the period between which the applications are to be processed or the calculations to be applied) apart from changing the deductions as required from time to time.
Calculations
Commissions are calculated as per customized Business Plan of the company weekly, bi-monthly or monthly as requisite. The function automatically generates Qualifications or Recognitions or Status of an Associate along with the commission details. It automates various deductions after commissions viz. T.D.S, Development Charges, Processing/Courier Expenses etc.
Specific Features
· Although, the system accepts the Applicant Joining Form after validating the Form properly but certain validations can’t be applied practically at that time. So, the Associate Commissions module automatically diagnoses Applications or before processing Payouts for errors such as Introducer or Sponsor Applications not submitted.
· It automatically carries forward Associates Incentives below Minimum Incentive Payable amount to the Next Payout Cycle.
· Provision to omit Associates from TDS deductions who have been granted Exemption from Tax Deduction at Source under 12 A
Associate Commission Statements
This function generates a Detailed or Summarized report of commissions or incentives earned by respective Associates from different sources of Marketing Plan of the company for an individual Associate. It outlines Commission earned from various sources, Tax deductions, other deductions and Net commission Payable. The Associate Commission Statement automatically consolidates Incentive earned from various Business Centres by an Associate in a Payout.

· Provides the cumulative incentive/commission earned along with Current Seniority or Recognition ascertained by the company
· Both Summarized or Detailed Commission Statements can be printed on Plain or Pre-Printed Stationary

Associate Cheque Printing

Associate Payment List
The Associate Payment List reports Net Commission earned from various Business Centres by an Associate. It provides an Associate-wise Summary of Incentive or Commission earned from various sources of Business Plan along with the Cheque Number issued towards the Incentive earned. It also accounts for Deductions such as Tax Deduction at Source, Processing Charges, and Development Charges etc in the report.

Monthly T.D.S Submission Report
This report summarizes Associate-wise Commission amount and T.D.S deducted in a Month as per the provisions of Union/Federal Government.

Rewards, Recognitions and Qualifications
This report summarizes Payout-wise District-wise status of Associates viz. Level/Grade achieved or qualified, Sales Volume/Business Volume earned.
Payout Summary
This report evaluates Sales Receipt, Commission Paid (from various sources of Business Plan) and Gross Savings.
Specific Features
· It summarizes Load per Sales in a Payout. It valuates Total Receipts from Commissions towards Sales, Income from other Sources such as Development Charges, Processing Charges etc and corresponding Total Payments from Commission or Incentives etc. Importantly, it also calculates Current Liability accumulated but not Released to in turn valuate Gross Load per Sales and Savings thereof.
4. Financial Accounts
Network Marketing Solution Suite follows Double Entry Post Transaction based accounting system. Most of the vouchers are automated from their origin itself. So, Financial Accounting module generates statutory statements automatically. This form designates Rights and Privileges to the users. A user is recognized by a User Name and Password. The domain of a user is identified with the Rights and Privileges allotted to it by the administrator.
Backup & Restore
This provision enables quick Backup and Restore in compressed file format.
Associate E-Commerce Solution
This solution is a comprehensive online application designed to outfit the Sales Associates with the power they need to manage their business. It consists of a static website which showcases Company Profile, Directors or Promoters Profiles, Products and Services Offered (can be dynamic feature also), Marketing Plan or Business Plan of the Company, Contact Information etc and a Dynamic Website with an Associate Web Interface and an Administrator Web Interface.
The Associate Web Interface provides access to Associate’s Personal Web Page, Associate Online Application Form, Associate Genealogy, Business Volume accumulated, Associate Incentive Statement or Commission Report, Associate Message Outbox & Inbox and Associate Preferences.

Associate Login
This provision enables a registered Associate to Sign In to the “Associates area” by supplying a valid Login and Password.
Associate Personalized Web page
After a successful login, an Associate is directed to a Personalized Web Page. This Webpage presents his Personal Profile, Personalized Message Inbox (Personalized Messages to associate from Company), Detail of Insurance Policy purchased and Corporate News & Updates apart from links to Associate Enquiries such as Personal Information (which includes Associate Information, Purchaser Information, Insurance Policy Information, Placement Detail and Referrer Detail), Genealogy Detail, Business Volume accumulated, Incentive Detail, Downline Information etc.
Associate Application Form
This provision enables a user to submit his application form online for processing by providing his Contact Information, information about the Purchaser (the person who actually purchased Insurance), information about the Insurance policy subscribed to, details of Insurance Office where the policy was submitted and his Placement information along with a valid PIN Number. On acceptance, a GSN is allocated along with a Password to the Associate. Further, the Associate can log on to Associate Personal Webpage to view his Personal Information, Genealogy, Incentive Detail, Downline Detail, Points or Volume accumulated by providing the above GSN No and Password.
Downline Genealogy
An Associate can track his Genealogy by logging in to Associate’s Area and using this option. This option provides a Graphical Representation of an Associate Genealogy along with complete Downline or Genealogy Information viz. GSN/ID No., Date of Joining, Generation/Level, Name of the Associate, Policy Number, Business Volume along with Position or Placement of Associates.
Associate Business Volume
This provision enables an associate to review the Business Centre Placed in his various Generations and the corresponding Business Volumes accumulated.
Associate’s Applications Status
An associate can review the Status of the applications (whether processed or not by Insurance Company) referred and submitted by him using this provision. This list reports ID No./GSN., Date of Submission, Acceptance Status from Insurance Company, Date of Acceptance, and the corresponding Package Amount. The associate can print the individual Applicant’s Personal Information Detail referred by him.
Associate Communication
An Associate can place an Enquiry on the Company from the Message Outbox option. He can refer enquiry to a specific department by selecting the nature of enquiry Sales (Product Information), Accounts (Payment) along with the Information sought or requisite. The concerned department will receive the message and can respond to the associate enquiries easily. Similarly, company can send across Welcome Messages, Commission Messages, Messages about New Products or Services to the associates and they (associates) can in turn read these messages from their inbox.
Associate Commission Information
Associate Commissions are updated after each Payout. An Associate can use this provision to access his Commission Details viz. Sources of Commission, Tax Deductions, Development Charges, Processing Charges, Net Commission Paid and Instrument No. or Cheque No. along with Instrument Date through which the Commission is paid
Renewals
An Associate can submit information about Renewals (Insurance Premiums) requested towards his existing Insurance Policies using this provision.
Search
An associate can search for an ID No. or by Associate Name in his Genealogy using this provision. Further, a Senior Associate can completely access the Associate Area of an associate introduced in his Genealogy.
Associate Preferences
This provision enables an Associate to review and print his Personal Information (as submitted at the time of joining). An associate can also change his Password.
Associate Download Centre
Associates can download Application Forms, Product Brochures etc from the Download Centre.

Business Analysis
This feature enables Office-wise or Service Centre-wise analysis of No of Sales achieved and the corresponding volumes in Rupees.
User Administration
This provision enables users authorized as web administrators to update view and update User Password.
News and Updates

Service Centres

Rewards and Recognition Message
